Homeready Property Service will meet with you to discuss your needs/wants and develop a custom home watching plan that will meet your schedule. Here are some of the things we check for:

• Electricity is on in the home

• Heat is on and furnace/boiler is working

• Check for inside and outside water leaks

• Chimney flu dampers are closed

• Make sure that all doors and windows are locked

• Look for any storm damage

• Make sure any pipe heat tapes are working, if used

• Wait for any deliveries (i.e.) cars, furniture, rugs

During the winter months on very cold days we can check your home as often as needed to make sure problem areas are OK and the heat is on. We will notify the homeowner immediately if any problems are found in the home and make any necessary repairs as needed.
